Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts
Offered only at our Pasadena, California location, the program is designed to be 15 months in length - 12 months on campus followed by a three-month externship where students apply their newly acquired skills in the "real" world.

Diploma in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts
Offered only at our Hollywood, California location, the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Diploma Program is designed to be 30 weeks and emphasizes practical training in the culinary arts with elements of pastry preparation.
